Iris Sherman, M.Ed.

Iris brings over 20 years of experience from within the classroom as well as within administrative roles across some of the largest public and private schools throughout the Houston area.

After completing her Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Early Childhood Education from the University of Houston, she began her career in Education with the Houston Independent School District, teaching elementary aged students, including Special Education.

After many years in the classroom, Iris earned her Master of Education with a specialization as an Educational Diagnostician from Houston Baptist University. She has held roles of increasing responsibility as an Educational Diagnostician, supporting multiple schools throughout the Houston Independent School District and continued on as a Learning Support Specialist at some of the top private schools in the Houston area, supporting both middle school and high school students.
